商品退換
Goods Exchange Terms and Conditions
如收取商品時發現有任何損壞，請於商品送抵後7日內電郵至 [email protected] ，附上損壞之商品照片，以安排換貨。All returns and exchanges are subject to a 7-day return. Please contact [email protected] with product image attached to apply the online returns. Any request for return over 7 days will be declined.
商品必須為未經使用，請保留完整包裝及購買單據進行換貨，否則Dear Sunday 有權拒絕換貨。 Items must be returned unused, with the shopping receipt and the original packaging.
換貨服務只限更換同款商品。 Exchanges can only be processed for the same item.
商品不符合以上要求將不予更換。 Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
如有任何爭議，Dear Sunday 保留最終決定權。 Dear Sunday reserves the right to amend the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Dear Sunday shall be final.
